Sales and Payment Conditions The customer is deemed to have accepted the following items from the moment the order is placed on our website.

THE PERIOD OF VALIDITY

Our company has the right to change or remove the content and price information of the products or services on the https://www.prodata.net.tr/ page without prior notice.

PRICES

Our sales are arranged on the basis of advance payment. The prices of the products with a price mark as “$” or “USD” on our website are in US Dollars. VAT rate is not added to the prices on our website. VAT will be added to the prices. You can see the VAT rate applied to the prices and the total amount in your cart.

EXCHANGE RATE

TL equivalents of prices stated in foreign currency; It is calculated on the basis of the CBRT’s foreign exchange buying rate on the price update date on our website. It is billed according to this calculation.

PAYMENT

Payments are made by bank transfer or credit card. You can find our bank account numbers in the contact section.

ORDER AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

After the payment of the products you want to buy from our site is completed, your order process is completed. The delivery period is a minimum of 7 working days, an average of 14 working days, and a maximum of 45 days from the date of order. This period varies by region. Our company sends the products in your order by cargo. Shipping costs and insurance of products sent by private courier are the responsibility of the customer.

If it is not delivered within the maximum delivery time, the money will be refunded.

PRODUCT WARRANTY CONDITIONS

All products offered for sale under the roof of www.prodata.net.tr are under the guarantee of the brand they carry and the importer companies. The products we buy from our company are guaranteed for 2 years from the invoice date.

  • Operated in dusty, humid environments,
  • Deteriorated due to electrical faults,
  • Warranty tags are torn,
  • physically challenged,
  • Pins, connectors damaged,
  • The update for another product has been installed,
  • Tampered with, tried to be repaired,
  • Used without complying with the terms of use specified in the manuals,

Products are out of warranty.

If it is determined that a product under warranty is defective and cannot be repaired by ProData Technical Service, it is replaced with an equivalent product. If the product to be replaced is not available in ProData stocks, the invoice amount of the product is refunded to the customer.

PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • Returns are not accepted for opened products.
  • Misdelivered to the buyer by ProData,
  • It has been approved by the Technical Service of the Brand that it is defective during the first use,
  • Products that do not comply with the specifications published by the manufacturer

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You can return or change the products you have purchased by using your right of withdrawal within 1 days, provided that you submit the invoice to our company. Shipping costs for returns and replacements will be covered by our company. In return and exchange transactions, send the cargo with the buyer’s payment.

Products for which the right of withdrawal is not valid;

  • There is no withdrawal for opened products. Defective product procedures are applied.
  • Products specially produced for you, supplied with your order or made special.
  • Products that are not suitable for return due to their nature; (The product is unopened and untested.)
  • Audio or video recordings (DVD, CD and Cassette, etc.) and printed products (Books, magazines, etc.) opened by the buyer.
  • Software programs and computer consumables.

In order for your return or exchange request to be valid, if the product is sold without packaging, it has not been worn; If packaged, it must be in its original packaging. Returns of products that are found to be missing or damaged in packaging, documents and/or standard accessories are not accepted.

If the products invoiced to the companies are returned, they are only taken back with the return invoice.

You can return the products that are found to be defective by the Technical Service of the brand within 6 months.
